Airport Transfers (our speciality)
When arriving into Melbourne, our chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal, assist you with your luggage and take you to your destination in the comfort of an air-conditioned luxury sedan. The driver can remain with you for the duration of your stay(on hold), or return you to the airport at the conclusion of your stay in Melbourne.
When leaving Melbourne, our chauffeur will pick you up from your house, office or hotel at the pre-booked time in one of the meticulously maintained luxury sedans and proceed to the airport, the best posible way.
Meet & Greet
For busy people the time required to meet guests or executives at the airport can be very time consuming. Having one of our chauffeurs meet your guests not only makes good sense, but also saves you valuable time and money. You can rest assured that your guests will be looked after as they are taken to their destination. Our cars have priority parking in front of the domestic and international terminals.
Babies and toddlers are welcomed. We will supply a baby seat and/or capsule if requested at the time of booking for a small nominal fee.

All drivers used have an excellent knowledge of Melbourne and the surrounding area. We can customize tours depanding on your interests, ranging from Inner City(2-3hrs), Winery Tours (5-8hrs), Dandenongs & Phillip Island-(penguins) (6-10hrs), Great Ocean Rd & 12 Apostles (6-10hrs)

Weddings and Special Occasions

Getting married is a special event in ones life. At Call Corporate Cars will take the transportation hassles out of your most important and often most nervous day.
Our professional chauffeurs will do their utmost to make you feel extra special, on that extra special day by paying attention to detail. Our aim is to meet and exceed all your expectations. . |

All you have to do is book in advance, choose the type of car/s you would like, and leave the rest up to us. We promise to have the car/s you have booked, at your doorstep at least 15 minutes before the booking time, so you can relax knowing that your cars are there waiting for you.
The cars we have, for you to choose from are; Holden Statesman, Holden Caprice, available in White, Navy, Black or Silver, and Ford Fairlane and Ford LTD available in White, Navy or Black. All cars can be fitted with white ribbons upon request. Cost varies between $85.00 to $120.00 per hour per car. Minimum charge is 3 hours per car.
We can provide transport during the day, after the reception and/or the following day.

- Credit card details must be provided when making a reservation in order to secure the booking. Card will not be charged unless requested by customer, or less than a 2 hour notice by phone or 24 hour notice by email is given for a cancellation. Payment to be made with the driver on the day. |
| - A no contact with customer (No Show), will result in the full amount of the journey to be charged. |

- All credit cards carry a 10% processing charge, as in the taxis.(Cabcharge). |
|
- A $4.00 parking fee applies for airport pick up. |
|
- A $10.00 surcharge applies for pick ups from the international terminal which is for the first 60 minutes of waiting from the time the flight lands. Further waiting will result in an extra charge based on the hourly rate. |
|
- A 20% surcharge applies for pick ups between 11:00pm and 5:00am (similar to taxis). |
|
- Any diversions from a direct transfer will result in an additional charge. |
|
- A $10.00 fee per baby seat, booster and/or capsule applies. |
| - Different prices apply for large special events/days such as AFL Grand Final, Grand Prix, Spring Racing Carnival(Melbourne Cup), Christmas Day, New Years Eve, etc. (pls ask for a quote) |

- Price list below applies to transfers in a luxury 4 seater Australian sedan only.(max 3 suitcases) |
| - A car without an LPG gas tank will cost $10 more. (can fit more luggage) |
| - An online reservation request does not guarantee a reservation. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that his or her request has been confirmed or denied. |
| - Waiting time past the requested booked time will be charged at $16.50 per 15 minute segments.(eg. 20 minutes will be charged $33)..... |
| - At Call Corporate Cars reserves the right to change, update or modify these Terms and Conditions and price list, at any time without prior notice. |
Rates & Price List
At Call Corporate Cars provide Melbourne's best Chauffeured Car / Limousine service at reasonable rates. Airport Transfers are our speciality. For example, under normal circumstances, our set rate from the Melbourne Domestic Terminal to Melbourne Central Business District(Downtown) is AU$64.00 all inclusive, from the International Terminal to the C.B.D. AU$74.00 all inclusive and from Avalon Airport to the C.B.D. $137.00 all inclusive, but some conditions do apply . Sightseeing tours and corporate multiple hour bookings, are charged by the hour. Our hourly rate is between AU$70.00 - $90.00 inclusive and our minimum charge is AU$55.00. For payment we accept cash, all major credit cards and Cabcharge. (Conditions apply.....please see above.)
